While our focus on this site is deliciously fantastic BBQ, we are also going to share wonderful dishes that aren’t necessarily prepared on the grill. \u00a0I happen to be married to the best cook I know. \u00a0My wife, Patti, works wonders in the kitchen and is responsible for every morsel of food prepared INSIDE our house. \u00a0I can barely turn on the stove.<\/p>\n
Patti will be sharing her family recipes, the majority of the side dishes, healthy alternatives, and kid friendly meals. \u00a0With having to feed 4 kids, we’ve become quite adept at preparing kid-friendly meals inside AND outside.<\/p>\n
