Dice the potatoes into small pieces – maybe 2 inch pieces.\u00a0 Cut up an onion (I do big chunks, so those who are not fans of onions can pick them out and give them to me).<\/p>\n

Then you close those suckers up (Be careful not to tear the foil or the juices will spill out while cooking)<\/p>\n

and throw them on the grill – direct heat. \u00a0The best part about these guys is when the bottom potatoes get crunchy – my oldest son likes to try and steal those from everyone else. \u00a0To get them good and crunchy it probably takes about 20-30 minutes on the grill.<\/p>\n
