Pulling the meat from a whole smoked chicken is possibly the most tedious task in all of BBQ, if you want to do it right.<\/p>\r\n

Now, if you’re only doing one, it’s not that big of a deal.\u00a0 It might only take 10-15 minutes, especially if you do it right.\u00a0 I’ll just go ahead and show you how to do it right, so that will take the stress out.<\/p>\r\n

But if you’re doing SEVENTY chickens, it’s frightening.\u00a0 Yes.\u00a0 70.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

But..most of you will only do one or two so it’s not so bad.\u00a0 Watch my video and you’ll be fine.\u00a0 Just make sure you take your time and pick out all the little bones and gross little ligaments!<\/p>\r\n
