Combining garlic and mustard is just an ingenious idea. \u00a0I didn’t come up with that idea, fyi. \u00a0But the two taste so<\/em> very good together and especially when combined with smoked salmon.<\/p>\n

We used a 1.5 pound salmon filet for this recipe.\u00a0 The salmon filet was smoked whole and cut into individual portions for serving.<\/p>\n
