Squash Dry Rub Ingredients

Instructions
Combine he dry rub ingredients and mix well.
Cut the squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Lightly spray the inside flesh of the squash with Pam or olive oil.
Season the inside of the squash liberally with the dry rub.
Set your pellet grill to 300F.
Smoke the squash for at least an hour and start checking for doneness.
The squash is fully cooked when the flesh is probe tender and the sides of the squash offer little resistance when squeezed with tongs.
Notes
You can take this squash to the next level by adding some butter, shredding the flesh and topping the squash with shrimp, sausage or avocado.
