A Top Round Steak is seasoned with a coffee based dry rub then smoked at 225F until Medium Rare.

- 2.5 lbs London Broil (Top Round Steak)
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- Coffee Based Dry Rub
- 2 tbsp Ground Coffee
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Granulated Onion
Evenly coat the meat with a thin layer of yellow mustared.
Coat the meat with the dry rub and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Set your smoker to 225F
Place the London Broil on the smoker and close the lid.
Smoke the meat fot 1.5-2 hours until an internal temperature of 135F is reached.
Alow the meat to cool and slice thin before serving.
