A one inch thick London Broil is dry brined, seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds London Broil
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze Substitute Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Liberally salt the London Broil and let rest at room temperature for 60-90 minutes.
  • Rinse the steak well under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Paint the steak with the Balsamic glaze and season with black pepper.
  • Grill the London Broil over Medium Heat, flipping every two minutes for 12 minutes total.
  • Measure the internal temperature of the steak with a digital thermometer and remove from the grill when desired level of doneness is reached (130F, Medium Rare)
  • Let the steak rest for 10-15 minutes then slice thinly and serve.
