Weber Grilled London Broil
A one inch thick London Broil is dry brined, seasoned and grilled to perfection.

- 2 pounds London Broil
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze Substitute Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
Liberally salt the London Broil and let rest at room temperature for 60-90 minutes.
Rinse the steak well under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Paint the steak with the Balsamic glaze and season with black pepper.
Grill the London Broil over Medium Heat, flipping every two minutes for 12 minutes total.
Measure the internal temperature of the steak with a digital thermometer and remove from the grill when desired level of doneness is reached (130F, Medium Rare)
Let the steak rest for 10-15 minutes then slice thinly and serve.
