Ketchup, vinegar, sugar, molasses and other ingredients combine to create a wonderful finishing sauce for your bbq ribs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Ketchup
  • 2/3 c White Sugar
  • 1/4 c White Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/8 c Molasses
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then let sit until back to room temperature.
  • Store in fridge for several months.

Notes

The acidity in this basting sauce makes it great as a side/dipping sauce for pulled pork.
