Smoked Turkey Ramen Noodles
Another great way to use up your Thanksgiving leftovers!

- 1/3 cup Leftover Smoked Turkey
- 1 package Ramen Noodles with Seasoning Pack
- 1/3 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/3 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Pick through the turkey meat to remove any tendons.
Cook the ramen according to pacakge directions using 1/2 of the seasoning pack.
After the noodles have simmered for 1 minute add all of the other ingredients.
Let the noodles simmer until tender (about 5 minutes total).
Pour everything into a bowl and enjoy!
