Smoked Roasted Garlic Butter
Adding sweet roasted garlic to butter is like adding peanut butter to jelly. Perfect for pasta, bread and anything else you would add butter to!

- 2 heads of smoked roasted garlic
- 2 sticks of butter
- salt and pepper
Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of the heads of the garlic on a cutting board.. If it doesn't squeeze easily, then you can just peel back the skins.
Let the butter come to room temperature in a gladware container.
Chop the garlic as much as you can, then sprinkle a tiny amount of salt on the garlic. If you let the salt sit on the garlic for a few minutes, it helps the garlic to break down and you can mush it up with a spoon or the side of a large knife.
Scrape the garlic in the butter and mix very well.
Refrigerate until you're ready to use. This should last at least 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
