- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 3 - 4 tbs All Purpose Rub
Cut the packaging off the roll of Italian Sausage and place on a piece of waxed paper or clean surface.
Roll it around on the Rub. All over. Cover every last inch.
Set up your grill for indirect cooking and smoke with hickory chips for 1 - 2 hours, until internal temperature is 160.
