Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 3 - 4 tbs All Purpose Rub

Instructions
 

  • Cut the packaging off the roll of Italian Sausage and place on a piece of waxed paper or clean surface.
  • Roll it around on the Rub. All over. Cover every last inch.
  • Set up your grill for indirect cooking and smoke with hickory chips for 1 - 2 hours, until internal temperature is 160.
