Grilled Bison Ribeye Steak with Lemon Pepper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bison Ribeye Steak
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle desired amounts of each ingredient on both sides of bison steak.
  • Let rest and get to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Set up your grill for direct cooking, high temp/searing. I had my Weber at about 500 degrees.
  • Throw a handful of hickory chips on for extra flavor...and fun.
  • Sear both sides of steak for about 3-5 minutes, flipping only once.
  • Cook to medium doneness - about 140 internal temp.
