- 1 Bison Ribeye Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Lemon Pepper
Sprinkle desired amounts of each ingredient on both sides of bison steak.
Let rest and get to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Set up your grill for direct cooking, high temp/searing. I had my Weber at about 500 degrees.
Throw a handful of hickory chips on for extra flavor...and fun.
Sear both sides of steak for about 3-5 minutes, flipping only once.
Cook to medium doneness - about 140 internal temp.
