Smoked Meatballs with Spaghetti
Smoking the meatballs really changes the taste of the spaghetti!

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound of spaghetti noodles cooked.
- Sauce:
- 32 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 2 tbn fresh parsley
- 1 tbn fresh basil
- 1 tbn sugar
- 1 tbn worchestershire sauce
For the meatballs:
Mix the meat and ingredients together in a big bowl. Roll into 1 inch diameter meatballs.
Smoke at 250 for 30 - 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs are 180.
For the sauce:
Combine all ingredients. I made this on the stove - the smoke flavor from the meatball DEFINITELY transferred to the sauce.
Serve over noodles.
