Leftover Pulled Pork Taco

A great way to use up some of that leftover pulled pork!

Ingredients
  

  • Tortillas - any type you prefer.
  • Smoked Pulled Pork
  • Cole Slaw
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Any other toppings:
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Set up your grill for direct cooking - low temp - around 250 or less.
  • Place tortillas directly on the grill for 2-3 minutes, turning to achieve lovely grill marks.
  • Flip and do it again on the other side.
  • Fill the crispy tortilla with pork, cole slaw, and a squirt of sauce. Add any other toppings you prefer!
