Grilled Barramundi with Lemon Butter Sauce
A whole barramundi filet is seasoned, grilled at high temperatures and basted in a delicious lemon butter sauce.

Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning
Basting Sauce

melted butter

lemon juice

Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
Rinse the filet under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Preheat your grill to High.
Apply a light coating of Pam to the meat side of the fish and season well with the seafood seasoning blend.
Grill the fish skin side up for five minutes.
Turn the fish over and grill skin side down for five minutes.
Baste the meat side of the filet with the lemon butter basing sauce while it is grilling.
Grill the fish until an internal temperature of 145F is reached (about 10 minutes total).

This mild and flaky fish is great for tacos, lettuce wraps or simply served with steamed veggies.
