Ingredients
  

For Burgers

  • 2 full fresh salmon fillet ground or food processed.
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbn dijon mustard
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tsn red pepper flakes
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/4 tsn salt
  • 1/8 tsn pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko or bread crumbs
  • 1 tbn fresh parsley
  • 1 tbn mayo

For White Sauce

  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1 tbn lemon juice
  • 2 tbn dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsn garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsn parsley

Instructions
 

  • Grind the salmon in a meat grinder or food processor
  • Mix all ingredients for burgers in a bowl
  • Make into patties
  • Set up grill for direct cooking
  • Place piece of foil across grate
  • Add wood chips if you want - i used apple chips
  • Cook burgers for 3-5 minutes per side
