Grilled Salmon Burgers With A White Lemon Sauce

For Burgers
- 2 full fresh salmon fillet ground or food processed.
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbn dijon mustard
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 tsn red pepper flakes
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 tsn salt
- 1/8 tsn pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko or bread crumbs
- 1 tbn fresh parsley
- 1 tbn mayo
For White Sauce
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 tbn lemon juice
- 2 tbn dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsn garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsn parsley
Grind the salmon in a meat grinder or food processor
Mix all ingredients for burgers in a bowl
Make into patties
Set up grill for direct cooking
Place piece of foil across grate
Add wood chips if you want - i used apple chips
Cook burgers for 3-5 minutes per side
