Ingredients
For Broth
Lamb Bone
Carrot
I used the ones we cooked with the lamb bone
Celery
Onion
For Soup
2
celery stalks
chopped
2
carrots
chopped
2
tsp
Herb Garlic Seasoning
Broth
1
tsp
Rosemary
1
tsp
Thyme
1/2
cup
uncooked barley
approximately 1 C chopped lamb meat
Instructions
For Broth
Throw all of the above together in a large stock pot, and fill with water until the carcass is covered.
Simmer on low for at least an hour but for much longer if possible.
Strain into a bowl, discard all of the above ingredients.
For Soup
Saute the celery and carrots in oil until soft.
Add the Herb Garlic Seasoning and saute for 2 minutes
Add the rest of the soup ingredients and simmer for an hour.
