This is as basic and standard as they come – but oh so tasty! I use this on everything – pork, chicken, veggies, fish – everything. If you want to kick it up for a more Cajun style flavor, just crank up the cayenne (try adding a 1/2 tsp at a time). Cool it off for a sweeter taste – reduce cayenne & increase sugar. As is, this will get you started making homemade rubs. Now go make it your own.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Paprika
- 1/4 c Brown Sugar
- 1/4 c White Sugar
- 1/4 c Granulated Garlic
- 2 tbs Onion Powder
- 2 tbs Sea or Kosher Salt
- 1 tbs Black Pepper
- 1 tbs Chili Powder
- 1 tbs Oregano
- 2 tsp Cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
