Here we go, everyone. For me, it’s Christmas morning. SLABS a’ Smokin is once again participating in the biggest BBQ Festival in the area. The weather is going to be beautiful. There will be games for kids, live music, contests, fireworks – and plenty of delicious BBQ!
If you are in the metro St. Louis area, come out to the BBQ Bash in Wildwood this weekend and sample some Extraordinary BBQ. We will be serving up pulled pork, brisket, honey bourbon chicken wings, memphis sausage & cheese – and of course our championship ribs!
Yes, it’s also a massive competition. EIGHT categories. There’s no competition that comes even close to the cooking challenge the Bash presents. Between 6pm Saturday and 10:30am Sunday we will need to turn in 8 separate competition categories, exquisitely prepared and perfectly presented.
