Cajun Seasoning Recipe

Every home should have a batch of Cajun Seasoning ready to use.  This is basic and delicious and can be used in so many ways.

For instance, my Grilled Chicken Breast recipe.  Slather the meat with this rub and make some Cajun Blackened Chicken. (Future blog post?  Yea I think so.)

Use this on Salmon for a completely different seafood experience.  This blend is also the key ingredient for our amazing Cajun Shrimp recipe.

Patti’s Cajun Chicken Pasta?  Yea, this just MIGHT be delicious on there as well.

There are a million variations you can make based on your taste buds, but try this to start and you can change it if you choose.  But just to let you know, this recipe has been shared by my good friend, Chef Jonathan Kraft.  He’s a certified chef and knows a little something about how to throw together some seasoning.

So here it is for your enjoyment, Chef J’s Crazy Cajun Seasoning recipe.
