Yea that’s right, I wrapped bacon around potatoes. Do you have a problem with that?
I didn’t think so.
Here’s the deal: It’s bacon. And smoke. You can eat them whole, or cut them up and add some chives, cheddar cheese and sour cream for the most ridiculous loaded baked potato ever.
Cook these just like you would in your oven, but do it in your smoker. With bacon. Make sure you poke lots of holes in potatoes so the bacon fat can seep in. Bacon.
So, I’m simply suggesting you wrap some potatoes in bacon and smoke them. That’s all. Just do it for heaven’s sake.

Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Bacon
Instructions
- Wrap potatoes in bacon.
- Hold on with toothpicks to make sure that bacon doesn't go anywhere.
- Smoke for about 2 hours at 250 degrees.
- That's it.
This sounds so good and it sounds over the top to ruff chop them and cover them with shredded cheese and sour cream, I’m going to make these tonight, along with a NY Strip Steak and a couple of Mushroom Kabobs
