Do NOT even say you don’t know what to grill this weekend. Just stop it. Where have you been the past 3 months? Jiminy Christmas. Well, let me give you a little recap and help make your Memorial weekend deliciously enjoyable with these recipes.
Want to impress the masses without breaking the bank? Stick with chicken. If you have time to slow cook, try my Award Winning Chicken Thighs or just do a few Whole Smoked Chickens. Need to knock it out quicker? How about some Chicken Thigh Sliders, tasty Grilled Drummies or Grilled Chicken Breasts.
Oh, I see, you were thinking Pork. I totally get that. Well, then you need to knock the socks of your friends and family and prepare some Smoked Pork Steaks and/or Pork Chops. If you don’t have the time, just fire up the grill for some always crowd pleasing Grilled Pork Steaks.
Don’t just buy frozen burgers. You’re better than that. Blow their socks off with some Spicy Grilled Burgers and a side of Grilled Asiago Cheese Fries. Or at least Smoke some Brats for them. For the love of Pete, your guests deserve that much.
Oh, you need something healthy? I’m sorry, I didn’t know. You could have just said. Well, have you considered some Sweet Smoked Salmon with a side of Grilled Pineapples? Or Turkey Burgers with some Grilled Potatoes? And if you want to really get fun and different, get your Grilled Portabella Burgers rolling. Don’t forget the Grilled Veggies too, obviously.
Experiment this weekend. Have some fun. Try something different. Your family and friends will be tickled pink with the results. Remember, just try one little change and notice the difference. This is the perfect weekend to have some fun cooking outside. Have a great Memorial Day weekend everyone.
Cheers!
I love this post. Quite possibly your best to date.
